Found in Japan! Wagyu Sukiyaki Ramen

0

Travel to Japan if you enjoy eating out. We came across a unique Japanese dish that combined ramen and sukiyaki. It’s known as Wagyu Sukiyaki Ramen.

Wagyu, which combines the words “gyu” (cow) and “japanese” (beef), describes all Japanese beef cattle. Boiled thinly sliced beef and veggies in dashi (broth) is the recipe for the delectable Japanese dish sukiyaki.

I’ve discovered a new menu where we can enjoy Japanese ramen and sukiyaki together!

Where can we eat it, and who invented it?

This meal was devised by Yakko Dining (BEEF KITCHEN STAND), which presently operates restaurants in Tokyo and Yokohama (Kanagawa prefecture).

The total cost, including tax, is, surprisingly, only 3,278 yen.

It is only 22 USD, and you don’t need to tip at restaurants in Japan.

“To become the most grateful ‘food’ company in the world.”

Yakko Dining believes

“When we eat, we are pleased, aren’t we?

Clients, staff members, and business associates.

Our goal is to make everyone involved incredibly well-liked by foreigners as well.”

Check out this great video of how Mr. Takeshi Matsumoto, the creator of this menu, cooks Wagyu Sukiyaki Ramen.

My question to Mr. Matsumoto was, What was the hardest part?

“We were so focused on quality that it took a year from conception to commercialization,” he replied.

Which of your customers’ comments have been the best?

“This is the best ramen I’ve ever had! It tastes incredibly good. I would like to present it to my girlfriend.”

“I want to open a restaurant overseas so that more people can try Wagyu Sukiyaki Ramen if so many people enjoy it,” he smiled.

If you are planning to visit Japan, we highly recommend you to try Yakko Dining!
